The University ID number of every user should be used for registering in the university's Information System.
The University ID number will be used as the name of the user of the Information System.
If a student forgets her/his password, she/he should use the university ID and the first and the last name of the faculty members to retrieve her/his password, which will be sent to her/his university e-mail.
In the Student Information system (SIS), the email of the user is used to verify her/his identity.
