Institutional License to operate and grant degrees

Dar Al-Hekma is licensed to operate and grant degrees, as per the initial license from the Ministry of Education (formerly Ministry of Higher Education), Decree No. 15927 dated 13/8/1419H corresponding to 12/2/ 1998. It also received the final license to become a university from the Ministry of Education (formerly Ministry of Higher Education), Decree No. 46580 dated 13/4/1435H corresponding to 2/13/2014. The University programs are also approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE)​

Accreditation

NCAAA Institutional Accreditation

Dar Al-Hekma University has successfully completed two cycles and obtained the unconditional institutional accreditation from The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment - NCAAA" in Saudi Arabia for the periods 2010-2017 and 2017-2024. The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), which was established under the Royal Decree No. 7/B/ 6024 dated 9/2 /1424H as an administratively and financially independent body responsible for quality assurance and academic accreditation of post-secondary education.
