Students Research Competition

Dar Al-Hekma University recognizes that rewarding outstanding outcomes is a vital motivator that contributes to an overall higher quality of student research. The Students Research Competition will be an opportunity for the students to showcase their projects to a very rich and varied audience of experts and academicians, which will, hopefully, encourage them to continue doing research.



​The students' innovative projects were displayed at the second DAH conference, in the field of education and other fields of their interest.


​The Scientific Research Center is pleased to announce the Student Scientific Research Competition for Dar Al-Hekma students. Dar Al-Hekma University recognizes that rewarding outstanding outcomes is a vital motivator that contributes to an overall higher quality of student research.

​The competition includes scientific papers and posters. The papers and poster of this year will be part of the CCTS 2024: Conference on Creativity, Technology, and Sustainability, scheduled for May 15 & 16, 2024, at DAH.

Scientific Papers Category

​All accepted papers submitted by Dar Al-Hekma students will be considered for the Best Paper Award.

Scientific Posters​

​SAR 1000 for each winning poster

Terms and Conditions for scientific posters' participation in the conference

  • The scientific poster must be relevant to the conference topic.
  • The scientific poster is relevant to Vision 2030.
  • The scientific poster idea must be original and in conformity with the foundations and standards of scientific research.
  • The scientific poster is designed to be easily understood by individuals without specialized knowledge in the subject area.
  • The scientific poster size is A1 in portrait orientation.
  • The scientific poster should include all the following about the research done: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, results, discussion/conclusion, Recommendations, Acknowledgements and references.
  • ​The scientific poster must be submitted using the attached poster template and include on the top of the poster: the student's name, supervisor's name, and school name.
  • ​The scientific poster must include tables, pictures, and illustrative graphs.
  • ​Only one poster is allowed per student.
  • ​The scientific poster should follow DAH Intellectual Property and Research Ethics policies.

Note:

  • Posters will be presented but will not be published.
  • No posters will be accepted after the deadline.
  • Posters not submitted through the provided link will not be considered.
