The e-Learning Centre constitutes the cornerstone for online education at Dar Al-Hekma University. It aims to position the University as a prominent institute for online teaching and learning excellence in the Kingdom and the region.
Mission
The e-Learning Centre supports and fosters e-learning at Dar Al-Hekma University employing the most up-to-date technologies, implementing innovative solutions, and enhancing the interactive online-teaching process.
Objectives
Implement the standards, policies, and procedures for e-learning to ensure high quality teaching and learning experiences.
Facilitate faculty and students e-learning training programs for online, blended , and web-facilitated courses.
Facilitate internal and external professional development activities that enhance the capacity of staff and faculty members and enrich the learning-teaching experience.
Provide technical support for designing and delivering online courses.
Offer online courses, degrees, diplomas, and e-certificates accessed by learners around the globe.
Organize virtual events and online conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with educational institutions and credential bodies on mutual opportunities for offering online courses and training.
