The Conference will have an area reserved for displaying students' innovative projects in the creative field and the fields of technology, sustainability, and other fields of their interests. This will be an opportunity for them to showcase their projects to a very rich and varied audience of experts and academicians, which will, hopefully, encourage them to continue doing research and utilize their creativity and innovative ideas to serve the creative field and the fields of technology and sustainability.
Terms and Conditions for scientific posters' participation in the conference

The poster idea must be modern, original, and in conformity with the foundations and standards of scientific research.

The intellectual property of the poster belongs to the participant who is presenting it.

The approved poster size is A1 in portrait orientation.

The scientific poster should include all the following about the research done: summary, introduction, problem, research question, objectives, methodology, results, discussion/conclusion, and references.

The scientific poster must include tables, pictures, and illustrative graphs.
- Participants must submit a high-quality digital and printed PDF of their poster to Office 216-A on the second floor.
