History of School of Business and Law




Established in 1999, the School of Business and Law at Dar Al-Hekma University began its journey with a pioneering program in Management Information Systems (MIS), laying the foundation f​or academic excellence and innovation. The School expanded its academic repertoire by introducing Banking and Finance in 2006, catering to a growing need for expertise in the financial sector.

Achieving university status in 2014 marked a significant milestone, reflecting the institution's commitment to delivering quality higher education and its recognition as a leader in the field. Since then, the School has broadened its academic offerings with undergraduate programs in Marketing, Law, Diplomacy, and International Relations, designed to prepare students for the intricacies of the global market and legal systems.


At the postgraduate level, the School offers an MBA program, providing advanced education in business management and leadership, and a Master of Arts in International Relations, equipping graduates with a deep understanding of global affairs and diplomacy.
