​About the Department of Cybersecurity



The Bachelor's program in Cybersecurity is offered by the Cybersecurity Department. It has three specialized tracks: General, Ethical Hacking, and Computer Forensics, and students can opt for a combined curriculum encompassing both Ethical Hacking and Computer Forensics. The program is managed by a director, who reports to the department chair. 


The department has five full-time faculty members, with additional support provided by the Department of Computer Science for some courses in the major. In Fall 2023, the program had 120 students and it has graduated around 41 students since its inception. The program is appropriately designated on transcripts and in institutional publications
