Answering Students’ questions will be through the following ways

  • The University email

  • The University phone and the required extension.

  • Messages from the student’s user.

  • System messages.

  • Virtual classes during office hours.

  • Discussion forums.

Responding mechanism

  • ​​Directly through the phone.

  • Faculty members are committed to answering student’s questions during office hours.

  • Responses are sent through messages within two working days maximum.

  • Holidays, weekends, and out-of-work hours should be respected.
