Dar Al-Hekma University President Receives Prestigious AIEA Award
Washington DC, USA: Dar Al-Hekma University is proud to announce that its President, Dr. Abeer Aldoghaither, has been selected to receive the prestigious Association for International Education Administrators (AIEA) Award for Presidential Leadership in Comprehensive Internationalization at the 2024 AIEA Annual Conference in Washington, DC!
This award recognizes Dr. Aldoghaither's exceptional leadership in promoting and upholding comprehensive internationalization at Dar Al-Hekma. The University is committed to providing students with a global perspective through international collaborations, faculty and student mobility, and a diverse campus culture.
Dr. Aldoghaither's leadership has been instrumental in establishing international partnerships with universities like Tufts University and the University of California, Berkeley, as well as fostering a research environment that achieves global recognition.
International alliances have been developed by Dar Al-Hekma University, creating a network of relationships that enhance students' educational experiences and encourage intercultural dialogue. In terms of accreditation, all of Dar Al-Hekma's program curricula meet the requirements of Saudi Arabia's National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), Some of bachelor and Master’s programs are both working to achieve the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), the U.S.-based National Architectural Accrediting Board’s (NAAB), the Council for Interior Design Accreditation’s (CIDA) standards. the country's certifying authority, all of the above qualified Dar Al-Hekmah University's president to receive this award with pride.
