Student Recruitment Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary communication link between schools, partner companies, and the university. 
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to plan activities, events, and required logistics. 
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment activity calendar. 
  • Represent the university at marketing and recruitment events, including school visits, open days, educational exhibitions, and education fairs. Plan, organize, and participate in all recruitment initiatives. 
  • Manage the Student Ambassador Program and allocate student inquiries to the internal team as needed. 
  • Collect and analyze data from all recruitment activities and events; accurately enter data into the system and convert leads into applications and enrollments in line with set targets. 
  • Prepare and update all recruitment and marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, booth elements, and related promotional items. 
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and applications received from education agents and direct applicants. 
  • Provide comprehensive information packs to prospective students. 
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of international qualifications, education systems, institutional credentials, credit precedents, and regulatory requirements. 
  • Respond to admission inquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate and clear information with the objective of converting inquiries into applications. 
  • Follow up with partner institutions to increase the number of graduates enrolling at the university. 
  • Analyze and report on student feedback at both inquiry and application stages. 
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective students to build confidence in selecting the university. 
  • Prepare and submit weekly follow‑up reports on recruitment activities, including progress analysis and recommendations. 
  • Maintain strong working relationships with national and international agents, ensuring timely and effective communication in response to their inquiries and requests. 
  • Perform additional recruitment‑related duties as required to support enrollment objectives​

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in sales, student recruitment, high school counseling, marketing, or customer service.  
  • Excellent computer skills  
  • Should have strong communication skills and the capability of working independently.    
  • Good Arabic/English written and oral communication skills. ​
