Quality Management System (QMS)

​The quality management system at Dar Al-Hekma University is based on the concept of Deming Cycle, which comprises four stages: Plan, Do, Check and Act. Dar Al-Hekma University, therefore, is committed to systematically plan its activities and establish targets, monitor and evaluate these activities, and use the results to improve its operations and outputs.

​​The quality management system at Dar Al-Hekma University is governed and overseen by the “Quality Assurance Committees” at different levels.

The top-down and bottom-up approach of the quality management system ensures ownership of quality activities at all levels as well as an effective implementation and a systematic and consistent monitor of the improvement plans.​
