For Regular Admission

• A complete application form and a non-refundable application fee of SR 500.
• A copy of the General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent approved by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education (with the original for verification). The original certificate is required after admission.
• A copy of the Qudurat test Score (for Saudi education system).
• Four recent passport-size color photographs with hair covered.
• Photocopy of the I.D. card (with the original for verification).
• Photocopy of the passport (with the original for verification).
• A complete health record signed and stamped by a medical doctor.

For Transfer Students

• A complete application form and a non-refundable application fee of SR 500.
• Official Transcript from the previous College/University.
• Official detailed Course Descriptions.
• Students transferring from colleges/universities (outside Saudi Arabia) where English is the medium of instruction are not required to take the English language proficiency test upon entrance to Dar AI-Hekma University.
• Documents for Regular Admission.

For Visiting / Auditing Students

• A complete application form and a non-refundable application fee of SR 500.
• A copy of the high school certificate.
• Photocopy of the I.D. card (with the original for verification).
• Photocopy of the passport (with the original for verification).
• An official transcript of records from the previous college/university for visiting students.
