تُزود مناهج برنامج علم النفس في جامعة دار الحكمة الطالبات بالمعرفة العلمية التي من شأنها تعزيز فهمهن للسلوك البشري وتمكينهن من تطبيق تلك المعرفة في إطار الحياة الواقعيّة. ويتمتع البرنامج ببيئة تعليمية ممتعة تعزز نمو الطالبات واداركهن، وتحقيق ذاتهن، وحس النزاهة لديهن. كما صُممت المناهج الدراسية لتمكين الطالبات من مهارات التفكير النقدي، والابداع، والإتقان في البحث العلمي. وستتمكن طالبات البرنامج المزودات بالمعرفة الضرورية من تقديم خدمات مميزة في مجال علم النفس، الأمر الذي سيشكل حافزاً كبيراً لتغييرٍ ايجابي في المجتمع، والعمل على تحسين مجال علم النفس في المملكة العربية السعودية. وتقدم الجامعة منح بكالوريوس دراسيّة مختلفة للراغبات في الحصول على منح دراسية جامعيّة. من ناحية أخرى، ولمزيد من الدراسات المتخصصة والمتعمقة في مجال العلوم النفسية وفهم السلوك البشري وتحسينه وتحديد السلوكيّات التي تلعب دوراً في المواقف الاجتماعية، تقدم الجامعة درجة الماجستير في تحليل السلوك التطبيقي.​
