​Dar Al-Hekma University hosted a forum titled "Leadership in Educational Research in Light of Digital Transformation" on Saturday, February 15, 2025, as part of a pioneering step towards the development of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The forum was organized Under the supervision of the school of Education, Health and Behavioral Sciences. In the presence of Director General of Education in Jeddah Governorate, Mrs. Manal Mubarak Al-Luhaibi. 
The forum aimed to be an important platform to highlight the role of digital transformation in enhancing the educational process, with a focus on how the educational sector can benefit from field research to address contemporary challenges and provide innovative solutions that contribute to improving educational efficiency. 
The forum witnessed prominent attendance and rich discussions, among which was the participation of Mrs. Manal Mubarak Al-Luhaibi, who presented a comprehensive vision on the pivotal role of digital transformation in advancing education. She emphasized the importance of adopting modern technologies to improve the quality of education, stressing the need for innovative educational strategies that contribute to a qualitative shift in the educational process and the achievement of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 in enhancing the efficiency of the educational system. 
Additionally, President of Ithra Elmarafa Center for Conferences, Dr. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al-Zahrani, participated with a distinguished presence at the forum, contributing valuable insights on topics related to the development of education and digital transformation. 
 
The Acting Dean of the School of Education, Health and Behavioral Sciences, Dr. Lamis Baowaidan, stated: "Digital transformation in education presents a promising opportunity to bring about a qualitative shift in learning and teaching methods. Through this forum, we emphasize the importance of integrating scientific research with educational practices to develop innovative solutions that enhance the quality of education." 
 
Dr. Randa Hariri added: "This forum reaffirms the significance of utilizing scientific research to support digital transformation in education, contributing to the development of teaching methods and improving the efficiency of the educational process in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030." 
 
The forum focused on presenting innovative and impactful solutions, based on research projects carried out by the students. The challenges identified in these projects were analyzed, and the proposed recommendations were discussed with specialists in the educational sector to reach optimal solutions that contribute to overcoming educational challenges and improving the educational process in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. 
 
The forum served as a productive platform for exchanging ideas and insights between experts and professionals, fostering collaboration between scientific research and the educational field towards achieving sustainable and innovative education that aligns with the requirements of the digital age.
