The program offers three master’s degree tracks, namely a master’s degree in educational policies and evaluation, a master’s degree in school leadership, and a master’s degree in Teaching and Learning​​. For students interested in scholarships, Dar Al-Hekma University offers a variety of graduate scholarships.

School Leadership Track

The Educational Leadership program at Dar Al-Hekma University offers a track in school leadership, which is designed to prepare and enable graduates to acquire advanced knowledge and skills to lead and manage private, international, and general education schools with their various components, variables, and specificities with the aim of achieving excellence. The school leadership track, a unique track in the Kingdom, focuses on managing and leading schools from kindergarten to the secondary school level. ​

Preparing qualified educational leaders to create a learning-teaching environment with a clear vision to support scientific research, analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills, and employ modern technologies to contribute to the development of the ​​​​local community.

  • Educational supervisor in private schools and in educational supervisory departments in the Ministry of Education. .
