Quality Management System (QMS)

The quality management system at Dar Al-Hekma University is based on the concept of the Deming Cycle, which comprises four stages: Plan, Do, Check, and Act. Dar Al-Hekma University is committed to systematically planning its activities and establishing targets, monitoring and evaluating these activities, and using the results to improve its operations and outputs. 

The quality management system at Dar Al-Hekma University is governed and overseen by the Quality Assurance Committees at different levels. 

The top-down and bottom-up approach of the quality management system ensures ownership of quality activities at all levels as well as an effective implementation and a systematic and consistent monitoring of the improvement plans.
