Services and Functions 


  • Partnership facilitation and development: Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and assisting in establishing collaborative opportunities.
  • Strategic planning: Developing and implementing plans to align collaborative efforts with institutional goals.
  • Policy development: Establishing policies and guidelines related to collaboration.
  • Evaluating impact, and continuous improvement: Assessing the effectiveness of collaborative efforts through data collection, analysis, reporting, and also reviewing and refining processes, policies, and services to enhance collaboration support within the university.
  • Capacity building: Identifying and addressing gaps in collaboration readiness and capacity within the university community.
  • Advocacy and promotion: Promoting the value of collaboration and advocating for its benefits within the university community.
