For Regular Admission:

  • A complete online application form.
  • The applicant must have a degree from an accredited / recognized post-
    secondary institute / university.
  • Official copies of transcript(s) and certificate(s) of undergraduate and/or graduate study
    completed earlier (the original documents will be required for verification).
  • 2 recommendation letters should be submitted from two of the applicant's
    former professors or one letter from applicant's former professor and one from
    the applicant's employer or supervisor.
  • A letter of good conduct.
  • A letter of Intent or Personal Statement [a minimum of 1000 words].
    This letter should be in Arabic for the applicants for the Master of
    Educational Leadership only.
  • Four recent passport-size color photographs (hair must be covered).
  • Photocopy of the ID card (original required for verification).
  • Photocopy of the passport (original required for verification).
  • Proof of work experience (as required by each program).
  • A Curriculum Vita.
  • A no-objection letter from the applicant's employer (if applicable).
  • A complete health record.

For Transfer Students:

  • A complete application form and an application fee of SR 1000.
  • An official transcript from the previous institution.
  • Official course descriptions from the previous institution
    showing a content matching with the course currently being offered at Dar Al-Hekma.
  • Submit all required documents for regular admission.

For Visiting / Auditing Students:

  • A complete application form and an application fee of SR 1000+VAT.
  • An official transcript of records.
  • 4 recent passport-size colored photographs (hair must be covered).
  • Photocopy of the ID card (Original for verification).
  • Photocopy of the passport (Original for verification).
