Minor Degrees 

Dar Al-Hekma University is pleased to announce that it is offering minors. A minor is a concentration of subspecialty courses that could be completed while earning a major degree.  Graduating with a minor will help students to:

  1. increase their employability
  2. fulfill  their interests
  3. equip them with multidisciplinary skills


Dar Al-Hekma University is offering 8  minors across its 4 schools:

  Minimum Requirements for Minor Courses

  • A range of  15 to 30 credit hours
  • Specific additional courses
  • A maximum of 3 overlapping courses between the major and the minor courses. 
  • Additional proficiency in a study area, which requires a pre-requisite course.

Eligible Dar Al-Hekma students applying for a minor should

  •  be enrolled in current undergraduate programs
  •  fulfill the minor program's set criteria
  •  declare for a minor on time
